ADDITIONALLY, THE PRODUCTS THAT I USE ARE DESIGNED FOR LONG WEAR. AS FAR AS BRAND GOES, I DO NOT STICK TO ANY ONE BRAND IN PARTICULAR. I CHOOSE PRODUCTS FROM EACH BRAND THAT ARE TOP PERFORMING. A: YES! HAIRSTYLING AS AN ADDITION TO YOUR MAKEUP APPLICATION IS ALWAYS AN OPTION. I CAN PERFORM STYLING FOR BRIDAL, SPECIAL EVENTS SUCH AS PROMS, AND PHOTO SHOOTS. IN MOST OF THESE PHOTOS IN MY GALLERIES, I DID THE HAIR AS WELL. I DO NOT OFFER CUTS OR COLOR SERVICES, HOWEVER.
Q: AS THE CLIENT, DO I COME TO YOUR LOCATION FOR SERVICES? OR DO YOU COME TO ME?
A: IT DEPENDS ON THE ASSIGNMENT AND YOUR LOCATION. I HAVE MY OWN STUDIO. BUT TRAVEL IS PART OF MY NORM IN THIS INDUSTRY, SO IT'S USUALLY NEVER A PROBLEM TO TRAVEL. I ALSO HAVE PRIVILEGES WITH SEVERAL SALONS, SO WE CAN MEET AT A SALON THAT'S WITHIN YOUR PROXIMITY. OR I CAN COME TO YOUR LOCATION, WHETHER THAT BE THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME, OR A VENUE FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION, SUCH AS A WEDDING.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR TRAVEL FEE?
A: IT DEPENDS ON THE DISTANCE. GENERALLY SPEAKING, ANYTHING THAT IS BEYOND A 20 MILE RADIUS WILL REQUIRE A TRAVEL FEE. ONCE WE ESTABLISH THE LOCATION, THEN I CAN GIVE YOU AN EXACT FIGURE ON THE TRAVEL FEE.
Q: IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A: YES, IN MOST CASES IT IS. AND THAT'S A GOOD THING FOR YOU! IT SECURES YOUR BOOKING WITH ME. IT'S 50% OF THE FEE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. THE DEPOSIT IS DUE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DAY OF APPOINTMENT. THE REMAINING 50% IS DUE THE DAY THAT SERVICES ARE RENDERED. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS BRIDAL. BRIDAL WILL NEED TO BE DISCUSSED SEPARATELY.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: YES, I DO. I REQUIRE A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE. IF A CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING NOTIFICATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE 48 HOUR WINDOW, THEN THE 50% DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDED.
